The Pole mounted circuit breaker

The Pole mounted circuit breaker by Gruppo Bonomi is a compact medium voltage 24kV overhead line device, consisting of the following equipment: - a circuit breaker unit - a line switch associated with an earthing disconnector on the arrival side - an additional earthing switch on the departure side of the unit. The PMCB is equipped with bushing insulators with sensors, installed as an alternative to the traditional devices used measuring current and voltage, in order to reduce the known criticalities such as reliability, size and cost.
